After a palm frond caused a large corneal abrasion, I was prescribed preservative-free artificial tears six times daily by a specialist. Though there was no infection, the pain from dry eyes disturbed my sleep. I found this product on Amazon, and it worked! I stopped using it while on vacation, and the pain returned despite using other eye drops. However, upon resuming TheravTears, the pain again subsided.
